AfterSchool  Tuition and Payments 

2022-23

Dear Parents,

Thank you for enrolling your child in St. Anthony’s Afterschool Program. Below is the payment schedule for the 2022-23 school year.

Afterschool care will begin when school is in session face-to-face, September 12, 2022, and conclude on Thursday, May 25, 2023. The hours are from the end of school until 6:00 pm. Please be sure to pick up your children by 6:00 pm. There will be a charge of $1 per minute, per child, for every minute after 6:00, in which your child is not picked up. After 6:30, we reserve the right to contact Child Protective Services (CPS).  

Tuition is due on the first day of each month with a grace period of the 5th business day of the month. After the 5^th business day of the month, you will incur a $30 late fee (color coded dates with specifics are on the website under Youth Programming > AfterSchool Calendar). All tuition and late fees must be paid no later than the 10^th of each month to continue in afterschool. All cash payments must be made in the community center or you have an option to pay via Paypal (please see instructions on the website under Youth Programming > Tuition & Fees), or Zelle at [email protected]. 

If you have a late fee or tuition that is unpaid, your bill must be paid in full before being allowed to join any field trips. After the 10^th of the month, your child will not be allowed to attend the afterschool program until the bill is current. (The late room fee is $45 per day.) If 20 consecutive days are missed, you must submit another application, including the application fee, as we cannot hold your child’s spot. 

We accept cash, money orders, or you can pay via  PayPal or Zelle at [email protected]. All payments are to be made out to St. Anthony Community Center (SACC) and given to Kara Martin  in the Community Center.  No checks accepted.
