6A Science

 

 

Science is a way of exploring and most importantly a process for gaining knowledge. This is opening ones eyes and understanding the world in which we exist. This class will place an emphasis on understanding and using skills. You should be active learners in my class.

 

I feel it is not enough for you to read about science; you must be active with science. You should observe, question, ponder and test hypotheses, analyze data, report, and evaluate your data. You will be asked to not only do science but use such things as  English, Math and Social Studies each day you are in science class. This should be a hands–on, active challenging experience.
