Welcome to the 2025-2026 School Year

We Are Happy You Are Here!

"Excellence is the standard; Hard work is the expectation."

Communication regarding school events and other important information can be viewed on St. Anthony's website, via One Call (phone/email notifications), and the St. Anthony Academy app.

To help keep our school safe, respectful, and running smoothly, please keep these important guidelines in mind:

Visitor/Parent Check-In Policy

To ensure the safety and security of all students and staff, all visitors/parents must report directly to the school office upon arrival. Visitors/parents are required to sign in and obtain a visitor’s badge before proceeding anywhere on campus. Please do not enter classrooms directly when dropping off your child(ren) or during regular school hours. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and orderly environment.

Drop-Offs at the Front Office: Please send your child to school ready for the day. Any items they need (lunchboxes, gym clothes, homework, etc.) should be dropped off at the front office by 9:30 a.m. This allows teachers to dedicate their time to instruction without disruptions.

Early Pickup/Dismissal: St. Anthony School will no longer allow parents to pick up a student after 3:30 pm. After 3:30 pm, St. Anthony requires all students to be picked up according to our dismissal procedures. Students will not be dismissed from the front office after 3:30 pm.

Parent/Teacher Communication

Teachers are not available to take phone calls during instructional time. The most effective way to reach your child’s teacher during school hours is via email or the St. Anthony app. Staff and teacher email addresses can be found on the St. Anthony website.

Attendance – “EVERYDAY Counts!” Doors open daily at 7:00 a.m. School starts at 7:30 am, and students who arrive after 7:45 am will receive a tardy. A student will be considered absent if they are not in class by 10:00 a.m.

Updating Parent Contact Information & Authorized Pick-Up List

To ensure we have the most accurate and up-to-date information for your child, please notify Ms. Hawkins of any changes to your:

  • Phone number

  • Mailing address

  • Email address

  • Authorized student pick-up list

To update your records, email  [email protected].

Food Delivery Policy ReminderOutside food deliveries—such as those from DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or similar services—are not permitted on school grounds. Students and parents may not use food delivery services to have meals delivered during school hours. This policy helps maintain campus safety and minimizes disruptions to the school day.

Middle School: Students are asked to refrain from bringing large water jugs, oversized tumblers, or cups to school. Instead, they may bring a clear water bottle or a clear tumbler that is appropriately sized for daily use.

Important Notice Regarding Early Student Dismissals: Please be advised that our school's instructional schedule is carefully designed to provide meaningful learning experiences throughout the entire school day. Early departures from campus result in missed instructional time, which can negatively impact student learning and academic progress. We kindly ask that families make every effort to schedule appointments outside of school hours to ensure students benefit from the full educational program offered each day. Thank you for your continued support and partnership in your child’s education.

Medication Policy: Students may only receive medication at school with a current Medication Authorization Form. Without it, medication will be sent home.

Refer to the student and parent handbook, available on our St. Anthony website, for more details.
