Description
This course enables students to develop an understanding of selected contemporary world cultures and significant people and events that have shaped them. The cultures studied represent different continents, different levels of development, different political structures and economic systems, and a variety of ethnicities. Students apply geographic, historical, economic, political and technological concepts with current events as an important theme.
