Nondiscrimination Policy

It is the policy of St Anthony Academy (SAA) not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or disability in any of their programs or activities. SAA ensures that its programs and activities, when viewed in their entirety, are readily accessible to individuals with disabilities. SAA selects facilities that do not have the effect of excluding or limiting enrollment or participation of children with disabilities from any school program or activity.

SAA complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin.

SAA complies with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in education programs.

SAA complies with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, which prohibit discrimination on the basis of disability.
