St. Anthony’s Afterschool Program 

2023-24

Afterschool care will begin the first full week of school, Monday, September 11, 2023, and conclude on Thursday, May 23, 2024. The hours are from 4:00 until 6:00 pm. Please be sure to pick up your children by 6:00 pm. There will be a charge of $1 per minute, per child, for every minute after 6:00, in which your child is not picked up. After 6:30, we reserve the right to contact Child Protective Services (CPS).  

Tuition is due on the first day of each month with a grace period of the 5th business day of the month. After the 5^th business day of the month, you will incur a $30 late fee. All tuition and late fees must be paid no later than the 10^th day of each month to continue in afterschool. All cash payments must be made via Zelle at [email protected], in the community center, or you have an option to pay via Pay pal (please see instructions on the website under Youth Programming > Tuition & Fees). You are responsible for all Pay pal fees.

If you have a late fee or tuition that is unpaid, your bill must be paid in full before being allowed to join any field trips. After the 10^th of the month, your child will not be allowed to attend the afterschool program until the bill is current. (The late room fee is $45 per day.) If 20 consecutive days are missed, you must submit another application, including the application fee, as we cannot hold your child’s spot. 

Please note that the community center follows the same discipline rules as the school. Should your child be dismissed for discipline reasons, there will be no refund.
